About us
Log my Care is one of the fastest-growing Care Software start-ups in the UK, having quadrupled its customer base since 2020. Our mission is to digitise the social care sector (care homes and home care agencies) and help hundreds of thousands of carers provide a better quality of care to the UK’s most vulnerable people. The sector is over 60% analogue and paper-based, losing out on the many benefits technology can bring. We’re passionate about changing this with our awesome mobile App and Web-based tools that make delivering care far, far easier for hard-working carers.
The role
We’re hiring two mid-level Product Managers to take ownership of our emerging product areas. You’ll play a key role in defining vision, shaping roadmaps, and building meaningful features that improve the lives of those delivering and receiving care.
You won’t just be handed a vision and a backlog — you’ll co-create them. That means getting close to users, working closely with cross-functional teams, and owning your roadmap from ideation to launch.
We have several potential areas of focus, which will be determined based on the strengths and interests of the people we hire:
- Enhancing our core product: Improving and innovating our platform to delight customers and make care delivery easier.
- Revamping our eMAR product: Leading improvements to support industry best practices in medication management.
- Driving rostering adoption: Building on the success of our newly launched rostering product to maximise adoption and retention
💰 Salary Range: £45K - £60K
🏢 Location: This role is based in Holborn, London.
Our mandatory in-office days are Wednesdays & Fridays.
As a Product Manager, you will:
- Own the roadmap for your product area, aligning with company goals while advocating for user needs.
- Drive discovery: get to know your users, run research, validate problems and prototype solutions.
- Define success: establish metrics and outcomes and use them to prioritise and measure impact.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, engineers, marketing, and customer success to ship great products.
- Keep us aligned: Facilitate product ceremonies, communicate clearly, and manage expectations with stakeholders.
- Deliver value quickly and consistently — shipping incrementally without compromising on quality.
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- Product management experience in a product-led SaaS company, ideally in a fast-paced or scale-up environment.
- A track record of owning products end-to-end, from research and discovery to launch and iteration.
- A strong handle on metrics and data – you can talk impact, not just output.
- Cross-functional communication skills – you’re comfortable working with stakeholders across the business.
- The confidence to push back, validate, and make decisions grounded in user needs and business goals.
The Interview process:
- Submit your Application
- Exploratory call with Olivia our People Manager (25 mins)
- Interview with Becca (Senior PM & Hiring Manager) + Tom (Product Marketing Manager) via Zoom (45 mins)
- In-person task at our offices with Becca, Alex (Head of CS) + Mikael (Tech Lead).
- Final interview with Sam (Co-founder & CEO) + Adam (Co-founder + CTO) to discuss what you might bring to the role and how you might embody our values at LmC (45 minutes).
