Growth Marketing Manager
About Log my Care
Social care is one of the UK's most important sectors, yet much of the technology supporting it hasn't kept pace with what's possible.
At Log my Care, we're changing that.
Our platform helps care providers spend less time on administration and more time delivering exceptional care. But we're building far beyond digital care records. Every day, thousands of care professionals use Log my Care, creating one of the richest datasets in UK social care. We're turning that data into practical intelligence that helps providers spot trends, make better decisions and improve outcomes for the people they support.
Today, more than 2,000 care providers trust Log my Care. We're an NHS Assured Supplier, an award-winning technology company, and a team that's deeply invested in the future of social care. We work alongside providers rather than simply selling software, partnering with the sector to solve real problems and raise the standard of care.
We're at an exciting stage of our journey: with a proven platform, deep industry expertise and a decade of care data behind us, we're building the products that will define the future of social care technology.
This role is based in London, and our in-office days are Wednesdays & Fridays.
The role
Inbound growth is one of the biggest drivers of our business, and we're looking for someone who wants to own it.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll take ownership of our SMB growth engine - from paid acquisition and website optimisation through to conversion and revenue impact. You'll be trusted to identify and test new ideas, challenge assumptions, and interrogate the data to find what will drive more high-quality SMB leads.
Responsibilities
Own SMB acquisition, delivering against ambitious MQL volume and CPL targets
Dig deep into funnel and performance data to identify the biggest growth opportunities and relentlessly prioritise against them
Own paid acquisition across Google & LinkedIn Ads, manage budgets and allocate based on performance
Help scale organic search by working with our content lead.
Run CRO and A/B tests to improve website and landing-page conversion.
Build and optimise automated nurture and re-engagement journeys to convert more prospects into MQLs
Run a continuous programme of growth experiments across channels, audiences, messaging and creative
Work closely with Sales to understand lead quality, and track performance through to pipeline and revenue to inform where we invest
What we're looking for
You’re naturally curious about what drives growth. You’ll get into the weeds of the data, question why something is or isn’t working, and keep digging until you find the opportunities that can move the needle. You’re comfortable testing new approaches, learning quickly and focusing relentlessly on what will drive more high-quality SMB leads.
You'll bring:
5 years’ experience in growth marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS
Proven experience scaling lead acquisition while reducing CPL, within an SMB high-volume model
Strong hands-on experience running Google Ads and improving performance
Experience building landing pages and running CRO and A/B tests yourself
Strong analytical skills and confident using HubSpot, GA4 and Google Search Console to independently diagnose performance and funnel drop-off
Evidence of turning data and insight into changes that have materially improved growth
Experience working hands-on across acquisition, CRO and reporting rather than relying on a large specialist team.
SEO-literate and comfortable collaborating with content to scale organic acquisition
What success looks like
Growing SMB MQL volume without sacrificing quality and while reducing CPL
A visible, evidence-led experimentation cadence - clear hypotheses, fast tests, and scaling what works
Website and landing-page conversion rates improving quarter on quarter
SMB acquisition becoming a more efficient, better-understood growth engine, with clear visibility into what's driving (or blocking) volume
The Interview process:
Stage 1 - Exploratory video call with talent partner (25 mins)
Stage 2 - Video interview with Marion, Head of Marketing (45 mins)
Stage 3 - In-person task with the Marketing Team (1 hour)
Stage 4 - Final interview with Lizzie, Sales & Marketing Director, to discuss what you might bring to the role and how you might embody our values at LmC (20 minutes).
